Think beef, pork, lamb, or chicken shish-kebobs. Also delicious on grilled or baked chicken and fish. A definite for Gyros!
For your shish-kebobs cut your beef, chicken, lamb or pork into 1 inch cubes and to make your marinate mix 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of warm water. Place your meat in a large re-sealable plastic bag and be sure that your meat is covered evenly. Place your marinating meat in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours before cooking.
Ingredients: Garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, oregano, and parsley.
