This early harvest extra virgin olive oil is cold-smoked for a hint of campfire flavor. We fire-roast hickory wood chips, capture and cool the smoke, then bubble our extra virgin olive oil through the cold smoke over a 24 hour period so the oil can absorb that incredible savory, smoky flavor.
